The day of special shopping deals known as Crazy Days, designed to get Morris area residents to shop local, will be Wednesday, July 25.

Sponsored by the Morris Area Chamber of Commerce, the day will also feature a host of kid’s activities. Highlights include the Post Prom Bake Sale starting 6 a.m. outside of DeToy’s Restaurant, Chalk the Walk at 10 a.m. at the Morris Public Library and sponsored by the Morris Area Women of Today, rocket building with the Girl Scouts also at the library, and an 11 a.m. Coin Dig at the library area and sponsored by area banks.

For food, Morris FFA will have a food stand on 6th Street by McGinnis Appliance, and Willie’s Famous Brat Stand will run from 11 to 2, with proceeds going to Feed My Starving Children.
