MILACA – West Central Area boys took first place at the Milaca Mega Meet in cross country on Saturday, while the girls finished third.
Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta boys took sixth as a team and got a runner-up finish from Noah Stewart, with the Knights Jacob Bright a half-second behind in third, and Kyle Schill in ninth.
The lady Knights were led by Lexi Bright in 19th place, and the Tiger girls took eighth as a team with Maddie Carrington placing 17th.
MORRIS – The MACA/WCA girls tennis team fell to Sauk Centre 4-3 on Friday, getting wins at singles from Lea Asmus 6-3, 7-6, Katelyn Wehking 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, and in doubles from Greta Hentges and Abbigail Athey 6-4, 6-0.

– Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley went 3-2 at the Parkers Prairie Tournament on Saturday, getting wins over Menahga (2-1), Maranatha Christian Academy (2-1), and Park Christian (2-0). They dropped matches to NY Mills (2-0), and Park Christian (2-1).
CGB was led by Emma Botker who had 38 kills and 55 digs, Jessica Moberg finished with 26 kills and 36 digs, Lora Botker had 21 kills, 58 assists, and 10 blocks, Tylaina Issendorf led with 60 assists.
Minnewaska went 2-2 at the Hancock Tournament with wins over Lac qui Parle Valley and Hancock, falling to Hillcrest and YME. Hancock finished 0-4.
