For the second straight year, Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley took home the hardware when the Pheasant Conference volleyball awards were announced, with senior Emma Botker earning her second straight Most Valuable Player award, and coach Kristi Moberg earning Coach of the Year honors for the second year in a row.
The Wolverines won the conference title with a perfect 8-0 record, and are unbeaten in conference play for two years. They led the way with four all-conference performers, including Botker, Mataiah Turner, Lora Botker, and Jessica Moberg.
Wheaton/Herman-Norcross finished 5-3 and had three named all-conference with Kennedi Wright, Haley Johnson, and Maycee Tollifson.
West Central Area also had three named all-conference after going 4-4 on the season with Morgan Woodle, Kaitlyn Sanstead, and Haley Bennett.
Rounding out the all-conference team was Ortonville’s Jaiden Conroy and Hancock’s Taylor Wilson.
