Linda Black Elk, an ethnobotanist specializing in teaching about culturally important plants and their uses as food and medicine at Sitting Bull College in Fort Yates, North Dakota, will offer two presentations today at the University of Minnesota Morris campus. She will speak 1 p.m. at the Student Center on Food and Medicine in This Place: Table Talk and Posters; and also 7:30 p.m. in the Science Auditorium on Terra Madre: Food Sovereignty Here and Around the World.
