At this week’s monthly meeting of the Morris School Board, a presentation of the annual financial audit of the school district showed three-quarters of the budget being spent for instructional purposes. Superintendent Rick Lahn told KMRS that’s a healthy sign for any school district.

The presentation was made by Britta Boe of auditing firm Eide Bailly, who noted the district was in good financial shape, able to set aside funds for future projects.
