In a discussion with the KMRS Community Connection program, Morris City Manager Blaine Hill touted the City’s stability in the General Fund budget, which will only see a minimal budget increase in 2019 compared to 2018 figures.

The General Fund budget is for items budgeted for general operations of the City. The 2019 General Fund budget is just under $4 million. Hill made a full budget and levy presentation to the Morris City Council at their regular meeting this week.
