The Courthouse was to be the scene of the planned demonstration.

The second public hearing for the Stevens County Right of Way Ordinance will be held 7 p.m. tonight at the Stevens County Courthouse, 2nd floor. Such an ordinance is needed if a proposed $30 million biogas pipeline project is to proceed in the county. Ben Oleson of Hometown Planning will make a presentation on ROW Ordinance changes since the first hearing, AMP Americas will answer questions about the proposed project, and County staff will offer an overview of the process to date. Public comments on the ordinance will be taken at the meeting.
