A Willmar man’s Facebook page has been trending on social media since he posted video of the aftermath of alleged solicitation of a minor for sex by three staffers of the Divine House in Spicer. One of the men allegedly involved in the incident is shown threatening Ronald Cleveland, Junior in the video, which appears on Cleveland’s Redneck Invasion Facebook page. When he posts live videos, he said he immediately gets 600 people visiting his page.
Divine House and its subsidiaries like Fourth Avenue Homes house vulnerable adults. Cleveland told KMRS that he is being shunned by the “well-to-do” of Willmar for bringing public attention to this case. But Cleveland, who said he used to work in an adult care facility, said he was more interested in resident safety than public acceptance.
Cleveland said he was most upset that the men were allowed to go back into the house after having sex with a minor, and he alleged that management allowed one of them to finish his work shift. The incident is currently under investigation as a sexual assault by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the Department of Human Services.
