Stevens County Community Resilience conversations will be held on Monday, February 4 in two locations in Morris: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Old #1 Southside, with lunch provided at 11:30; and 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Morris Area Elementary School, with supper at 5. Child care will be available for kids 2 and older for the evening session.

Stevens County Early Childhood Initiative Coordinator Diane Strobel told KMRS that strategies exist to overcome adverse childhood events.

The programs will discuss ways to develop resilience by listening to stories of community members, looking at community data and identifying what can be done next.
