A debriefing meeting of emergency personnel following the February 7 blizzard revealed a lack of proper signage on many township roads in Stevens County. County Engineer Todd Larson told the County Board of Commissioners at their Tuesday meeting about some of the issues.

Larson also noted that townships typically have only two sets of barricades, which will only close two 1-mile sections of road. He also noted there were problems with getting the word out and letting people know about any road closures.
