Three vehicles were involved in a crash that led to a fatality Monday morning on Highway 210 in Otter Tail County.

A Pontiac minivan driven by 51 year old Anthony Thacker of Portsmouth, Ohio, came to a stop on the roadway in Fergus Falls to remove frost from the windshield. An Infiniti driven by 30 year old Bryan Robinson of Golden Valley, North Dakota was traveling west and collided with the Pontiac. The Pontiac then spun around with the passenger side facing westbound traffic. A Buick Ranier driven by 30 year old Dustin Tomte of Fergus Falls was traveling west and broadsided the Pontiac.

Thacker was taken to Lakes Region and Sanford facilities, and later pronounced dead. He was wearing no seat belt at the time of impact. His passenger, 30 year old Dustin Dekarske of Portsmouth, was taken to Lakes Region with non-life threatening injuries.
