In his final Community Connection interview as Superintendent of Morris Public Schools, Rick Lahn said that his last four years working in Morris were the highlight of his 33 years in education. He said there was “something special” about Morris, the teachers do a great job of educating, and it was an honor to be able to serve the community.
Lahn said communal support is the key to making a school district a great one and assured the community they would be in good hands with Troy Ferguson as his successor. Lahn will be retiring to Arizona. His complete interview with KMRS can be found on this website, under the News tab in the Community Connection section.
