ST. PAUL – The University of Minnesota Morris volleyball team was tabbed as co-favorites for the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) regular season title with Northwestern. Both teams received 59 points and four first-place votes.
The 2018 season saw Northwestern winning the UMAC regular season crown with a 15-1 record, but the Cougars ended up taking the UMAC Tournament title with a 3-1 win at Northwestern.
