Jennie Odello of Morris will perform a piano solo in the Preteen Division of the Minnesota State Fair’s Amateur Talent Contest 7 p.m. tonight in the Family Fair Stage in Baldwin Park on the State Fairgrounds. She tied for third place at this past July’s Kiwanis Talent Show in Morris. Tysen Daugherty will perform his dance routine 7 p.m. Monday, August 26 in the Teen Division on the same stage. Daugherty took first place honors at the Morris Kiwanis Talent Show. And Kylen Running Hawk, who took 2nd place in the Kiwanis contest, will sing 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 27 in the Open Division on the Family Fair stage in Baldwin Park.

If any of them advance to the Finals, they will perform in a free show 7:30 p.m. Sunday, September 1 at the State Fair Grandstand in front of 10,000 people and compete for up to $20,000 in prizes and Jack’s Pizza prize packs.
