BECKER – The Minnesota Morris Cougar golf teams opened up action at the 2019 UMAC Championships Thursday at the Pebble Creek Golf Course.

The Cougar women sit in fifth place with a team score of 421, led by Shelby Maloney who is in 14th place with a 99.

Payton Sierra is 19th (104), Kaya Quinn 23rd (108), Tori Gates 24th (110), and Trinity Erickson 26th (116).

The Cougar men are ninth with a 375, led by Trent Jerome’s 87 which is good for 22nd place.

Nick Peterson is 27th (89), Joe Wehr is 37th (98), Roen Aronson 42nd (101), Kyle Hastings 43rd (110).
