VOLLEYBALL
MORRIS – The Minnesota Morris volleyball team (11-10, 4-0 UMAC) secured a three-set victory (25-8, 25-14, 25-14) over Crown (2-13, 0-4 UMAC) Wednesday night inside the Cougar Sports Center.

The Cougars opened up with a 13-1 run and never looked back en route to a 25-8 victory in set one. After UMN Morris opened up set two with an 11-4 run, the Cougars secured a 25-14 win in the second set. The Cougars completed the sweep of the Storm with a 25-14 victory in set three.

Jenna Howden had a career-high 10 kills, Tori Everson and Howden each recorded two aces. Kennedy Geller tallied two blocks, Layne Herrmann had a game-high 17 assists, while
Alyssa Ukestad tallied nine digs to lead the Cougars.
