Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta received the no. 5 seed in the section 3AA-North playoffs, and will travel to Litchfield to face the fourth-seeded Dragons in the quarterfinal round.
The Tigers (13-10) finished third in the West Central Conference with a 9-5 record under first year head coach Leah Peterson.
The Dragons (18-9) come out of the Wright County Conference where they went 3-4.
Minnewaska (10-9) grabbed the no. 6 seed and will play no. 3 Eden Valley-Watkins (17-7), no. 2 Redwood Valley (22-5) will host no. 7 Paynesville (6-16), while top seed New London-Spicer (25-2) hosts no. 8 Montevideo (6-21).
All first round matches will be hosted by the top seed at 7:00 on Thursday, Oct. 24th.
