Michelle Fischbach, candidate for Minnesota’s 7th District and former Lt. Governor of Minnesota, this week reported raising $263,000 in her second quarterly filing with the Federal Election Commission. She has $203,000 cash-on-hand for the filing period ending December 31, 2019.
Fischbach’s $263,000 fundraising haul in a non-election year is a record for a Republican candidate in Minnesota’s 7th District. This brings Fischbach’s total amount raised over the four-month timeframe since she announced her campaign in September 2019 to $364,000.
The filing deadline for the quarterly reports is January 31, when data for all her opponents will be available.
