Sec. 5A True Team Meet
MORRIS –¬†Morris Area Tigers took sixth place at the section 5 True Team Meet in boys swimming & diving from the Cougar Sports Center on Monday.
Senior Christopher Just led the Tigers with a pair of seventh place finishes in the 50 Free and 100 Free.
Hunter VanEps took 13th in the 500 Free and 15th in 200 Free. The 200 Free Relay team of Just, VanEps, Mason Dougherty and Ryan Dingman took 10th place, while the 400 Free Relay of Just, VanEps, Dougherty, and Angel Gallegos finished 13th.
Sartell-St. Stephen took the team title with a score of 1117, Alexandria was runner-up with a 959.

Hancock 64, Rothsay 51
HANCOCK – Matt Thompson posted double/double with 24 points and 11 rebounds to lead Hancock past Rothsay 64-51.
The Owls hit 16-31 shots inside the arc and outrebounded the Tigers 33-12. Preston Rohloff added 11 points, Daniel Milander filled the stat sheet with nine points, eight assists and five steals. The Owls are 7-4 on the season. Colby Larson had 14 for Rothsay who fall to 1-14.

West Central Area 73, Hillcrest Lutheran 50
FERGUS FALLS – Another balanced attack by West Central Area pushed them past Hillcrest Lutheran 73-50.
The Knights shot 52 percent with four players in double-figures scoring led by Gage Staples who poured in 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
Grant Beuckens matched Staples with 16 points, Jack Van Kempen had 15 with 10 rebounds, and Tate Christenson chipped in 10 for the Knights who are 12-2. Sam Brumfield led the Comets with 11 points as they fall to 4-7.
