ST. PAUL – Sophomore guard Lexus Eagle Chasing has been named the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Women’s Basketball Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon. This is the first career award for Eagle Chasing.

Averaged 20.0 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 4.0 apg and 3.0 spg in two UMAC wins over Northwestern and Northland

Eagle Chasing tied season-high with 21 points in win over Northland, she shot 57% from the field and 64% from 3-point range.

The Cougars back in action at the Cougar Sports Center on Wednesday, Feb. 12, against Crown. Game time is set for 7:15 p.m.
