SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Ike Opara led Minnesota United to a 5-2 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes with a two-goal showing Saturday. Minnesota United improved to 2-0-0 with the win, and San Jose fell to 0-1-1.
