Morris Public Library Director Anne Barber told the KMRS Community Connection that there’s one topic the librarians have fielded the most calls on during these pandemic days.

“The topic I have noticed is people asking about the Census, which we were just starting to have people come in to the library before we closed,” said Barber. And we were helping people fill out their Census online. I think we had just a couple days of that before we had to shut down. So people are still calling with questions about the Census, which we’re able to help them with that as much as we can over the phone.”

Barber said they’ve also taken a lot of calls asking about the library’s hours of operation. Library updates are being posted on the library’s website at morrispublib.org.
