The SFA Western Chapter has adjusted its annual meeting to convene using the online platform Zoom from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 9. After introductions, SFA Livestock and Grazing Specialist Kent Solberg will lead a presentation on small ruminant grazing and infrastructure. Next, U of M Regional Sustainable Development Partnership Executive Director Kathy Draeger will present on tools and guidelines that she has been using as she works with farmers and rural grocery store owners during the COVID-19 outbreak. The meeting will wrap up with a brief discussion on chapter goals and officer election.
