Minnesota Department of Transportation is one week into construction on Highway 210 west of Fergus Falls. The road is closed to thru-traffic until October, and the detour route is County Road 19 N, County Road 16/10, County Road 88 and Interstate 94.
On the west end of the project, crews are completing pavement removals from east of the Wilkin/Otter Tail County line to County Road 21. Grading is expected to start today. Local traffic will not be able to drive on this portion of the highway when grading begins.
For the duration of construction, only those who have a destination along the work zone will be allowed on Highway 210. Access to homes or businesses will be maintained. Directional signs will be posted to help you safely navigate through the work zone, and may change daily depending on where crews are working.
