With Farmer’s Markets operating throughout the state, the Pomme de Terre Garden Club thought they would try their annual plant sale with added health and safety measures. Garden Club member Britney House told KMRS Saturday’s sale will have hand sanitizer available and customers are encouraged to wear face masks.

“We might have to limit the number of people entering at a time. So just be aware of that if you come,” said House. “We don’t want 50 people looking at all the plants at once. So you might have to kind of wait your turn a little bit. And we’re also planning on having just one-way traffic going through the tables of plants to try to kind of limit how many people are going through at one time.”

The Garden Club Plant Sale will run from 10 a.m. to Noon this Saturday in the American Legion parking lot in Morris.
