The Morris Public Library will host its first Zoom event, a virtual pet show at Noon Saturday. Library Director Anne Barber told KMRS that you can pre-register by calling or emailing the library to let them know you want to participate. Any type of pet will be welcome.

“It doesn’t have to just be dogs! It can be cats and snakes and guinea pigs. Whatever you got,” said Barber. “We’ll have a fun time showing our pets to each other. And there will be a winner and a prize.”

In an effort to support local businesses during the economic downturn, Barber said many prizes this year will be Chamber Cash, which can be used at any member of the Morris Area Chamber of Commerce.
