Stevens County has jumped to an 11th confirmed case of COVID-19, according to data released Sunday by the Minnesota Department of Health. Grant County has gone up to 32, increasing 8 since Friday, and Pope bumped up to 13. Swift rose to 33 cases with 1 death attributed to the virus. Douglas has 73 cases, while Otter Tail County increased to 114, with 1 death. There were 715 newly reported cases in the state. The statewide death toll continued its downward trend and only increased by 3, making a total of 1,502 Minnesotans who have died from the illness.
