A grain truck rolled over on Highway 59 this morning in Morris, near the Green River Road intersection. Crews were cleaning up the site at midday. The Morris Police Department assisted the State Patrol at the scene, but referred media to the State Patrol’s office for details on the accident.

 

UPDATE TO STORY 3:55 P.M.:

A Semi pulling a grain trailer overturned on northbound Highway 59 at Court Drive in Morris Wednesday morning. The International Semi, driven by 76 year old Timothy Peter Boesl of Parkers Prairie, ran off the road on the right side. It overturned before coming to rest partially in the north ditch, and partially in the northbound traffic lane. Boesl was taken to SCMC with non-life threatening injuries. Assisting the State Patrol were the Stevens County Sheriff’s Office, Morris Police and Fire Departments, and Stevens County Ambulance.
