The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is looking for any public comment on reissuing a permit for the Donnelly Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The existing facility consists of individual septic tanks, a gravity collection system, one municipal septic-stilling tank, one lift station, force main, and a 2.1-acre municipal mound system with five sections. The facility has three groundwater monitoring wells.
The MPCA has made a preliminary determination to reissue this permit. The public comment period ends on September 14th.
