A series of misdemeanor charges were officially filed in Stevens County District Court yesterday against two 21 year old Morris men who are accused of burning Black Lives Matter yard signs and damaging property. Kyler Todd Kiffmeyer has 10 counts of various arson and criminal damage to property charges to defend, each with a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. Andrew David Anderson is facing four counts of the same. Anderson has his next court appearance scheduled for October 5, and Kiffmeyer will appear before the court October 12.
