In a letter sent yesterday to reassure Hancock families, Hancock School Superintendent Paul Carlson wrote that they will be starting school in-person for all students on September 8th, despite the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases in the Stevens County. The numbers are such that the base learning model will remain the same for the start of the school year. Carlson wrote that the school has taken action “to clean and sanitize the facility and are working closely to monitor the situation.”
