Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta 48, Long Prairie/Grey Eagle 7
SAUK CENTRE – Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta ran for 322 yards while holding Long Prairie/Grey-Eagle to just 32 yards of total offense in a 48-7 rout on Saturday from Sauk Centre.

Durgin Decker ran 20 times for 128 yards and two touchdowns, Zach Bruns added 123 yards rushing and a score on 10 carries. Bruns threw two touchdowns to Kenny Soderberg and the Tigers moved to 3-0 on the season.

Defensively the Tigers bottled up the Thunder all day, holding them to three yards passing and 29 rushing.

Brandon-Evansville 26, North Central 20
KELLIHER – Cade Carlson’s three-yard touchdown run with seven minutes remaining pushed Brandon-Evansville past North Central 26-20 on Saturday.

The two teams went back-and-forth all afternoon, trading touchdowns in a physical tough game.

Trailing 6-0, the Chargers got a pair of touchdown passes from Kobe Reiland to Kyle Schaffran of 22 and 39 yards to take a 14-6 lead.

Carlson’s first touchdown of the game in the third quarter put the Chargers up 20-12 before the Stars tied it early in the fourth.

Reiland finished 6-11 for 129 yards, two scores and a pick. Schaffran had three catches for 91 yards.

Carlson ran for 148 yards on 34 carries with two touchdowns, he also anchored the defense with 6.5 tackles as the Chargers improve to 2-1.
