As swearing-in day nears, Congresswoman-elect Michelle Fischbach announced her staff for both her Washington, D.C. and Minnesota Seventh Congressional District offices.
In her D.C. office, Emily Hytha will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff after a stint with the House Committee on Agriculture. Nick Lunneborg will serve as Legislative Director, after being a part of Congressman Tom Emmer’s staff. Pipestone native Jake Schneider will be Press Secretary, having previously worked in communications for President Trump’s campaign as well as for the Minnesota State Senate. Sean Murphy will be Legislative Assistant, having previously worked for the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee under Chair Bill Ingebrigtsen at the Minnesota State Senate.
Fischbach’s Legislative Correspondent will be Meghan Plotz of Redwood Falls, who previously served as Field Director for Fischbach. Eleanor Traynham will serve as Scheduler, coming from the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Serving as Staff Assistant will be Rieder Grunseth, a native of Afton who is also a medic in the Virginia National Guard.
